Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, both expressed and implied.
  • Present and enhance the value of the product range.
  • Promote cross-selling and additional sales opportunities.
  • Ensure proper management, including cleaning, care, and replacement, of products in the department.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in spoken English

Experience

Experience in sales and client relationship management within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
