Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service and create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s philosophy.
- Develop and maintain individual client relationships through personalised outreach and effective use of CRM and digital tools.
- Drive sales through proactive cross-selling across departments and achievement of individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments, fashion trends and competitor activity to advise clients accurately.
- Uphold visual merchandising and shop-floor standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures to protect merchandise and ensure a safe retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for customer-facing roles and relationship building with a focus on long-term client loyalty.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, art and design and demonstrable product passion and knowledge.
- Fluency in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is required, with a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships; candidates with an existing personal client portfolio and proven sales performance will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline is a plus.
