Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke luxury client experience and act as a Brand Ambassador, placing the client at the centre of every interaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and consultative client engagement.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and an understanding of Prada’s history, culture and DNA to advise clients with authority.
  • Capture and update client data in the Company CRM to nurture relationships and develop personalised future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel approach, leveraging Company digital tools to integrate in-store and e‑commerce experiences.
  • Host and conduct client appointments in person or via virtual meetings, delivering a seamless luxury service across touchpoints.
  • Support daily store operations and maintain an organised stockroom; follow operational, security, cash and inventory procedures.
  • Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line manager or Client Service team when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and Back of House teams to ensure consistent service standards and a positive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in retail sales; experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation with a demonstrable drive to achieve sales results.
  • Proven team-player with a results-driven attitude and ability to communicate professionally with diverse clientele.
  • Capability to manage appointments, clienteling and follow formal store procedures and reporting requirements.

Experience

At least 2 years of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail or cosmetics. Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is a plus.
