Prada Group hiring Sales Associate in Central Valley, NY — client-facing luxury retail role at Prada Woodbury Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised in-store client experiences and represent the brand’s values at all times.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools to drive client loyalty.
- Proactively pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge and stay current on fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to line management when required.
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual presentation in accordance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to loss-prevention and security protocols to safeguard merchandise.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships; ownership of a personal client portfolio is strongly preferred.
- Passion for sales, human relations and the luxury/fashion/art/design sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrable track record of client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or marketing is advantageous.
