Prada Group seeks a Sales Associate (32h/week) for the Prada Outlet in Roermond, NL — outlet retail role focused on clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales performance, optimising each stage of the customer journey from approach to close.
- Identify and interpret customers’ expressed and latent needs to propose appropriate solutions.
- Present, promote and add commercial value to the product assortment in the outlet environment.
- Execute targeted cross-selling and upselling to maximise transaction value and client lifetime revenue.
- Ensure correct handling, cleaning, care and replenishment of merchandise within the department.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for client engagement and luxury retail.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can also operate independently in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Fluent spoken English (required); additional languages an advantage.
- Availability to work a 32-hour weekly schedule and retail hours including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or high-end customer service experience, preferably within luxury or fashion, with evidence of building lasting customer relationships.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, fashion or hospitality is an advantage.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands, with easy access to Eindhoven.
