Prada Group seeks a Sales Assistant in Roermond, Netherlands — client-facing role at the Prada Outlet delivering luxury retail sales and service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients in the Prada Outlet Roermond and deliver a high-standard client experience.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for the department and the store.
- Manage and optimise each step of the sales process, from approach to transaction closure.
- Identify expressed and latent customer needs and propose appropriate products.
- Present and enhance the value of the product assortment; drive cross-selling and incremental sales.
- Ensure correct handling, care and presentation of products within the department.
Qualifications
- Passion for sales, client relations and luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, problem-solving aptitude and interest in art, design and the managed product category.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent spoken English.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail environments, with demonstrable client relationship and sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields is advantageous.
