Miu Miu seeks a Retail Training Intern in Tokyo to support training administration and digital learning operations for the luxury fashion brand's retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of training programmes, including logistical coordination and on-site administration
- Organize, maintain, and manage training materials and related documentation
- Provide administrative support for all Retail Training functions and operations
- Support the translation of training materials and headquarters communications from English to Japanese
- Proofread translated materials and adjust formatting as needed
- Create and update training materials using PowerPoint and other presentation tools
- Prepare presentations and learning resources for retail staff
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) data entry and system updates with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage digital learning records and trainee progress tracking
- Extract LMS data, conduct basic analysis, and support the creation of training reports
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Support on-site training delivery and on-the-job training (OJT) activities during store visits
Qualifications
- Fluent business-level English with strong reading comprehension and translation capability
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to create materials and graphs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Accurate and efficient administrative capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with speed and precision
- Understanding of brand vision and values, with flexibility and adaptability

No specific prior experience required; however, candidates with relevant exposure to training administration, retail operations, or luxury fashion environments are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
