Prada Group seeks Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist in Milano to manage full-cycle recruitment for luxury store roles.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Autonomously manage the recruiting process, including alignment with hiring managers, job posting on selected channels, CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, shortlist presentation, participation in final interviews, offer definition, and appropriate candidate feedback
  • Effectively source and match candidates to retail store positions across the Prada Group portfolio
  • Utilize sourcing tools and manage processes within the ATS (SuccessFactors), Group Careers site, and other digital recruitment platforms
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners of Retail Area, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development teams to ensure fluency and consistency throughout the recruiting process
  • Execute administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Manager, including document management, periodic reporting updates, meeting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback consolidation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying brand philosophy and values to effectively support recruitment of high-caliber candidates

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition within a structured international company or recruiting agency
  • Proven knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry and/or recruitment of retail and store-based profiles
  • Proficiency in digital recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Very good command of English language
