Prada Group — Milan: Retail Talent Acquisition Intern supporting retail recruitment, ATS management and store-based assessments at PRADA Head Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end retail recruitment activities: candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Manage and update candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Compile recruitment metrics and support reporting and data analysis to inform hiring decisions.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Retail HR and store teams to understand operational needs and align hiring criteria.
- Conduct regular in-store visits to observe role requirements and organisational dynamics.
- Perform mystery shopping and qualitative assessments of candidate fit, service standards and in-store experience, and deliver structured feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in retail, talent acquisition and the luxury industry.
- Very good command of English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, reliable approach.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stores and hiring managers.
- Flexibility and willingness to spend time in store environments for observations and assessments.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to retail environments or HR/recruitment activities is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
