Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end retail recruitment activities: candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Manage and update candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
  • Compile recruitment metrics and support reporting and data analysis to inform hiring decisions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with Retail HR and store teams to understand operational needs and align hiring criteria.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to observe role requirements and organisational dynamics.
  • Perform mystery shopping and qualitative assessments of candidate fit, service standards and in-store experience, and deliver structured feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in retail, talent acquisition and the luxury industry.
  • Very good command of English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, reliable approach.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stores and hiring managers.
  • Flexibility and willingness to spend time in store environments for observations and assessments.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to retail environments or HR/recruitment activities is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
