Prada Group seeks Retail Merchandising Intern in Milano to support product selection, budget planning, and market analysis across global retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in product selection for main and special orders, including quantity definition for assigned regions
- Collaborate with Country Retail Merchandising Manager to adapt global product selection to local market requirements
- Assist with sales budget planning for assigned category and region alongside Planning and Finance teams
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Track sales results to optimize product mix and in-store display strategy
- Provide market feedback to Worldwide Merchandising Manager to inform future collection development
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team to ensure optimal product presentation in stores and window displays
- Participate in key store setup initiatives as required
- Present collections to local teams and store staff, supporting the order process
- Create product training materials and share merchandising knowledge with local teams and retail staff
Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics or related field
- Strong interest in the luxury industry and product categories
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Team collaboration capability
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to work toward defined objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level

Recent graduate or final-year student with academic training in economics or related discipline; interest in luxury retail and merchandising preferred.
