Prada Group in Milan seeks a Retail Merchandising Intern to support product selection, merchandising strategy and store execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in selecting products for main and special orders and help determine regional quantities.
- Collaborate with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager to adapt global selections to local market needs.
- Contribute to sales budget planning for the category and region in coordination with Planning and Finance teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to observe market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Monitor sales results to maintain the appropriate product mix and in-store displays.
- Collect and share market feedback with the Worldwide Merchandising Manager to inform future collections.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure optimal product presentation in stores and window displays.
- Participate in the setup of key stores and support local teams in presenting collections and processing orders.
- Assist in the development of product training materials and knowledge transfer to merchandising and store teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics or a related discipline
- Strong interest in the luxury industry and product categories
- Very strong proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
- Result-oriented with the ability to work to objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English (CEFR C1)

Experience
Entry-level internship role; prior retail or merchandising internship experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic background and genuine interest in luxury retail merchandising.

Master's degree in economics or related field
