Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations
- Assess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps
- Coordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines
- Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory to support repair workflows
- Lead and improve quality control processes within the laboratory environment
- Monitor parts inventory to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity
