The Prada Group seeks a detail-oriented professional to oversee repair laboratory operations and quality control for pre-sale items across retail and warehouse locations in Chiba. This role encompasses inventory management, repairability assessment, external partner coordination, and process optimization to ensure seamless item handling and operational continuity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations
- Assess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps
- Coordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines
- Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory to support repair workflows
- Lead and improve quality control processes within the laboratory environment
