Prada Group in Arezzo seeks a Purchasing Intern to support Retail Architecture procurement and supplier coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational purchasing activities for Retail Architecture projects, from needs collection through order issuance and tracking.
- Assist in supplier management, participating in meetings, supplier follow-up and communications alongside the procurement team.
- Update and maintain departmental contractual documentation and procurement records.
- Use company systems to enter, control and monitor purchasing activities and project-related transactions.
- Work alongside Purchasing colleagues on day-to-day tasks to ensure timely progress of architecture and store fit-out projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, with particular proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with company management systems is desirable.
- Good knowledge of English.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, team orientation, proactivity and an interest in a creative, international environment.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; the role is designed for students or recent graduates. Academic projects or coursework related to procurement, construction/architecture workflows or project coordination are advantageous.
Education
University degree (completed or in progress) in Architecture, Engineering or related fields.
