Prada Group seeks a Production Process Analyst in Terranuova Bracciolini, Italy. Drive manufacturing optimization for small leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct time studies, measurements, and sampling of production cycles including cutting, preparation, assembly, stitching, and finishing operations
  • Update and maintain production workflow cycles within management systems
  • Analyze variances between standard times and actual production line performance, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate on defining standard industrial product costing
  • Develop and monitor periodic reporting on efficiency KPIs, productivity metrics, and industrial variances

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics (or equivalent discipline)
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in production coordination, time and methods analysis, or process engineering, preferably within luxury fashion or structured manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in time-measurement techniques, work cycle documentation, and line balancing methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
  • Strong English language skills
  • Analytical capabilities with precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving orientation
