Prada Group seeks Production Planning Analyst in Terranuova Bracciolini to optimize small leather goods manufacturing processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct measurement, sampling, and time studies of production operations including cutting, preparation, assembly, stitching, and finishing processes
- Update and maintain production work cycles within the management system
- Analyze deviations between standard and actual production line times, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate in defining the industrial standard cost of products
- Develop and monitor periodic KPI reporting on efficiency, productivity, and industrial variances
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics
- Proficiency in time study and work cycle documentation techniques
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills with problem-solving orientation

Experience
1–2 years in production coordination, time and methods analysis, or process engineering roles, preferably within luxury fashion manufacturing or structured industrial environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics or equivalent discipline
