Prada Group seeks a Payroll Specialist for a contract role in Paris. Manage payroll operations, IJSS, and employee compensation. ADP/Excel proficiency required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage medical visits, invoices, and health insurance file tracking and processing
  • Monitor sickness absence, workplace accident declarations, and daily allowance (IJSS) claims
  • Prepare variable compensation elements for the external payroll service provider
  • Verify and control employee pay stubs for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and issue settlement documents and final account statements
  • Administer meal vouchers and restaurant ticket cards for the workforce
  • Track third-party payment notices and process transportation reimbursements
  • Respond to employee compensation inquiries and requests
  • Support ongoing payroll process improvements and special payroll projects

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of payroll experience in retail, hospitality, or food service sectors
  • Proficiency with ADP (Decidium) payroll software
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of time management software systems
  • Familiarity with French labour law and social contributions
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
