Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets across the region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on daily, monthly, and annual cycles to ensure budget attainment
- Develop and align buying strategies with senior leadership and headquarters teams
- Identify and curate target assortments tailored to regional market needs to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive product training for regional teams and store associates prior to seasonal launches and throughout the sales cycle
- Lead special projects including capsule collections, store events, store restyling initiatives, pop-up experiences, and promotional events
- Manage inventory levels strategically to maximize sales performance, maintain stable carryover stock by location, and achieve sell-through targets for seasonal merchandise
- Execute extensive market research and competitive analysis to inform merchandising decisions
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with visual merchandising, retail operations, store leadership, and related divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience within luxury retail and fashion industries
- Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of retail processes, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Proven ability to develop and execute buying strategies aligned with market trends and brand positioning
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in sales forecasting and inventory analytics
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Valid passport and demonstrated willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
