The Marketing Operations Intern supports the execution and monitoring of Group marketing communications and campaigns, working with the Product Owner Marketing Automation and Operations on newsletter delivery, stakeholder targeting, requirements gathering, documentation, and updates. The role includes hands-on work with campaign segmentation and channel expansion, offering experience in digital product management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with segmentation logic and targeting flows for email marketing campaigns.
- Support the mapping and assessment of opportunities to expand into new communication channels.
- Assist in developing and continuously improving the company’s marketing ecosystem.
- Maintain and regularly update knowledge-base documentation and materials.
- Support the preparation of recurring status updates and alignment meetings with business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in a STEM-related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas tools.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
