Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop continuous improvements to manufacturing processes, advancing Lean Manufacturing culture and performance metrics including efficiency, on-time delivery, lead time reduction, defect mitigation, and waste elimination
- Optimize factory layout at macro and micro levels, enhancing spatial utilization, material flow, and production workflow
- Ensure process alignment with quality standards through collaboration with both facility and corporate quality functions
- Champion change management initiatives by measuring performance, addressing constraints, and implementing corrective actions to meet project targets
- Facilitate continuous improvement events and Kaizen projects focused on waste reduction, ergonomic enhancements, and process quality improvements
- Provide operational directives for line balancing and dimensioning, assembly sequencing, and critical process control points
- Support the introduction of production innovations, automation solutions, and the vertical integration of externally-managed processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering roles within fashion, luxury, or allied manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency with principal Lean methodologies and tools
- Advanced Excel capability and Business Intelligence platform competency
- Working knowledge of MES, ERP, and PLM systems
- Strong English language proficiency
- Problem-solving orientation and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering roles within luxury goods or fashion manufacturing environments. Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean methodologies and driving measurable operational improvements.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
