Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screenings, interview coordination, and collaboration with external partners to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Milan Headquarters.
  • Supervise the onboarding process and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide advice and support to employees on various HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in HR and recruiting within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in digital tools.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities. High degree of autonomy with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to different contexts. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of two years in HR and recruiting roles within the retail sector is required.
