Prada Group in Milan seeks a Junior Content Producer for the Content Factory to coordinate photo/video production and deliver digital assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end production of editorial, photographic and video content for digital and retail channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate pre-production activities including brief development, casting, location scouting, scheduling and logistics.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (creative directors, marketing, e‑commerce) and external suppliers (studios, agencies, freelancers) to execute shoots and deliverables on time.
- Assist on-set with production management and quality control, and oversee the safe handling of assets and equipment.
- Manage asset ingestion, tagging and distribution to CMS/brand DAM; ensure correct metadata, versions and localization requirements.
- Support post-production workflows: review edits, manage feedback cycles, and track delivery milestones and usage rights.
- Maintain production budgets, cost tracking and vendor invoicing records under the guidance of senior producers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Media, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years’ experience in content production, production coordination or a creative agency environment; experience in luxury fashion is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of end-to-end production processes for photo and video.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Experience
1–3 years of practical experience in multimedia content production or production coordination, preferably gained within a fashion brand, creative agency or media production house. Prior exposure to luxury brand workflows, shoot environments and asset management systems is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Media, Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
