Prada Group – IT Subsidiaries Intern, Milan. Support global IT governance and international project coordination at headquarters level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Subsidiaries team in its role as project leader for international projects, managing global resources and performing governance and project management activities
- Serve as point of contact facilitating interaction between local IT teams and Prada Headquarters
- Support management of IT services providers, suppliers, and vendors across global operations
- Facilitate access and communication within retail and corporate IT projects
- Participate in monthly alignment meetings with local IT leaders to monitor ongoing project execution
- Perform data analysis on ticket lifecycle to ensure adherence with service level agreements and user satisfaction metrics
- Contribute to identifying innovative solutions for addressing operational issues and support tickets
- Support functional analysis activities on new strategic projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Office Suite applications
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to evaluate data and identify key trends
- Proven ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed project teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities

Experience
Recent graduate or student in final year of study in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; exposure to IT coordination, project management, or cross-functional teamwork preferred.
