Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and plan security architecture for new technologies.
  • Administer IT security solutions and maintain their efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance existing security technologies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for deployed security technologies.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of the IT security landscape.
  • Collaborate in audit and certification processes.
  • Manage IT security projects to reduce cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar IT security role.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. Proficiency in MS Security tools such as Sentinel, MDE, MDI, Cloud App Security, Purview, and Entra ID. Expertise in MS and Linux operating systems. Strong understanding of network security, preferably with experience in Palo Alto, Meraki, and Vectra. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of cybersecurity attack strategies.

Experience

A minimum of three years in an IT security role with hands-on experience in security architecture and administration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
