Prada Group seeks an IT Regional Warehouse Specialist in Milan — SAP EWM expert to support regional warehouse projects and implementations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide implementation and ongoing support for regional warehouse IT projects, working within the IT Industrial team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (logistics, supply chain, operations and business area managers) to analyze requirements, redesign workflows and optimize processes.
- Design, document and maintain functional specifications, user manuals and training materials; deliver user training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Perform system maintenance and conduct routine and extraordinary tests on new implementations in coordination with the IT team.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners, and ensure solutions meet business and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT roles supporting warehouse or logistics systems.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field is required.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, including knowledge of integration points with surrounding systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical designs and SAP-based solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; experience delivering user training and documentation.
- Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, prioritisation and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT roles supporting warehouse or logistics projects, including implementation and support of SAP EWM/S4HANA solutions and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
