Prada Group in Milan seeks an IT Marketing System Specialist to support MarTech operations, marketing automation and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT Marketing Lead in monitoring sprint activities, task progress and delivery milestones across MarTech projects.
- Manage tickets, incidents and change requests for the Marketing project streams through established IT processes.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and technical investigation for bug reports, tracking anomalies and platform issues.
- Support validation of vendor deliverables and verify compliance with defined functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in SIT and UAT planning and execution from a technical perspective, coordinating test cases and defect triage.
- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation for marketing applications and integrations.
- Contribute to solution quality assurance and ensure adherence to internal standards and governance.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, digital, analytics, vendors) to facilitate issue resolution and delivery follow-up.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ professional experience in MarTech, digital agencies or enterprise application environments.
- Practical understanding of marketing automation concepts (email marketing, customer journeys).
- Basic SQL competence for querying and extracting data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint-based delivery.
- Introductory experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills; ability to work in a structured enterprise IT environment.

Experience
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in MarTech, digital agencies or enterprise application teams, with exposure to marketing automation, analytics and application support.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
