Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of new network solutions and improve resilience of the current infrastructure environment
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices, servers, and services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and quality of service systems
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with network architects on optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems
- Provide remote and on-site support to engineers and end users during installation, maintenance, and equipment disposal activities
- Collaborate with IT professionals across the organization and third-party partners to ensure problem resolution and infrastructure enhancement
- Support network projects as a member of the IT Infrastructure Service Desk
- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing security policies and managing access controls
- Report on network operational status through data gathering, prioritization, and project management
- Undertake capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers
- Oversee daily operations of IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor IT tickets and ensure compliance with established service-level agreements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in network infrastructure design and implementation
- Proficiency with network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Experience with server configuration and management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Knowledge of network security policies and access management
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and external vendors

Candidate should possess several years of experience in IT infrastructure or network administration roles, with demonstrated success in configuring and maintaining complex network environments across multiple locations including retail, corporate, and logistics facilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience and certifications.
