Prada Group in Milan seeks an IT Governance Specialist to manage IT operating model, portfolio governance and budgeting for the Group IT function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT budget, forecasting and cost-control processes across the IT function.
- Design, evolve and drive adoption of the IT operating and delivery model (organisational model, roles & responsibilities, sizing and enabling tools).
- Govern the IT masterplan and portfolio across multiple transformation streams ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Design, implement and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies and supporting tools (IT-for-IT / IT4IT).
- Measure and monitor IT performance, delivery quality and compliance; produce managerial reporting for CIO staff.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into IT investments and value delivery.
- Support digitalisation and simplification of IT processes to increase efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead change management activities to secure adoption of new operating models and governance practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in IT governance, IT consulting, or IT functions within retail, fashion or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience in budget management, cost-control and financial enablement of IT functions.
- Demonstrable experience designing operational models for IT organisations and driving change for their adoption.
- Familiarity with SDLC in both waterfall and agile environments and with governance frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking and logical reasoning skills to support CIO-level reporting.
- Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Experience
At least five years of progressive experience in IT governance, IT consulting or IT functions—preferably within retail, fashion or luxury environments—covering portfolio management, operating-model design, programme delivery and CIO-level reporting.
Education
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
