Prada Group hiring IT Governance Intern in Milan – support IT governance, budgeting, and project portfolio management in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support tracking and monitoring of IT budget and cost control activities, including data collection and consolidation
- Maintain and update the IT project portfolio and masterplan tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to the preparation of IT performance dashboards and KPI reports measuring delivery, quality, and efficiency
- Document and analyze the IT Operating Model, including processes, roles, and tools
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and materials for CIO staff and senior stakeholders
- Support digitalization and process improvements in IT governance through enhanced tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to collect information and ensure cross-functional alignment on initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in IT governance, project management, and IT processes
- Preferred: Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and/or ITIL fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Experience
Strong interest in IT governance and IT processes; exposure to or familiarity with IT operations, project management, or related disciplines preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
