Prada Group seeks Internal Communication Specialist in Milan to develop employer branding and employee engagement campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global Internal Communications plan, ensuring alignment with company priorities and consistent messaging delivery across all organisational levels
- Conceive and coordinate employee engagement campaigns and initiatives that promote company culture, values, inclusion, and sustainability commitments
- Create compelling, clear, and resonant messaging tailored to diverse employee audiences across the entire organisation
- Craft and curate the Group's employer branding message across all internal and external channels
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives that position the company as an attractive and distinctive employer in the luxury sector
- Develop and manage social media strategies that engage prospective talent and strengthen brand loyalty among current employees
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, professional organisations, and industry groups to expand talent pipeline and employer branding reach
- Organise and participate in recruitment and industry events, including career fairs, campus recruiting initiatives, and professional networking engagements, to reinforce the company's standing as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a closely related role
- Demonstrated expertise in project and budget management with strong problem-solving and organisational capabilities
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with proven ability to craft persuasive, engaging content for varied audiences
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Proactive mindset with a creative approach to strategic communication challenges
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or equivalent role within a luxury, multinational, or complex organisational environment. Prior experience in developing and executing employer branding campaigns and managing multiple communication initiatives concurrently is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualification.
