Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and continuous update of the annual Group Audit Plan driven by risk assessment and governance priorities.
- Design and document detailed audit programs for assigned areas ensuring alignment with internal methodologies and professional standards.
- Independently plan and execute audit engagements across administrative, accounting, operational and compliance processes, including regulatory audit areas.
- Apply advanced techniques—Data Analytics, Process Mining and AI-based solutions—to increase audit coverage, identify control gaps and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare high-quality, evidence-backed audit reports and maintain appropriately classified working papers in line with internal standards.
- Track and follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support periodic reporting to corporate governance bodies including the Board, Board Committees and the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231.
- Participate in enterprise-wide Risk Assessment activities in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management principles and the COSO Framework.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
- 7–8 years of progressively responsible experience in Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance within structured, multinational organisations.
- Professional experience in a Big Four firm (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) is a strong plus.
- International exposure and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification are advantageous.
- Proven expertise applying Data Analytics, Process Mining and emerging AI applications in audit contexts.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.

Experience
7–8 years in internal audit, risk management or compliance roles within structured multinational organisations; prior Big Four audit experience is highly valued.
Education
Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related field.
