Prada Group seeks an Innovation Manager in Milan to drive AI and emerging technology adoption across digital initiatives. Salary from €70,000 gross annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and assess emerging technologies including AI, Generative AI, algorithms and immersive solutions for relevance and potential business applications across the luxury sector
- Own and deliver a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation through roll-out, including content production, algorithms and clienteling initiatives, ensuring quality execution and quantifiable business value
- Lead pilots, proofs of concept and scaling activities, embedding successful technologies within product, art direction and customer experience teams until adoption becomes standard practice
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment—business, digital, product, front-end teams, technology partners, startups and consultancies—to ensure execution velocity and strategic coherence
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable insights, developing analyses, recommendations and executive materials to guide decision-making by senior leadership and top management
- Cultivate an innovation and AI-driven organizational culture through knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination and thought leadership on artificial intelligence, algorithms and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, economic or humanities disciplines
- Proven professional experience in innovation management, digital transformation or technology-driven project roles, preferably gained in consulting with demonstrated exposure to the luxury sector (fashion, hospitality, luxury travel, automotive, premium services)
- Strong command of emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, algorithms and data-driven solutions, coupled with genuine passion for technology and demonstrable focus on business impact
- Ability to simplify complexity and lead cross-functional initiatives through experimentation, pilot and implementation phases to scale; familiarity with Agile, Product Management and innovation methodologies preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, business teams, technical specialists and external partners

Experience
Relevant professional experience in innovation management, digital transformation, or technology-driven project roles, ideally gained in a consulting environment with proven exposure to the luxury sector, including fashion, hospitality, luxury travel, automotive, or premium services. Demonstrated experience managing innovation portfolios from ideation through scaling, with familiarity in AI/ML applications and emerging technology adoption.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, economic or humanities disciplines.
