Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of sustainability, traceability and circularity initiatives across the industrial supply chain.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of programs and industry coalitions targeting resource efficiency and Scope 3 footprint reduction.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders on process innovation and sustainability topics, ensuring alignment with environmental regulations and best practice standards.
  • Monitor sustainability KPIs and targets related to key raw materials and industrial operations.
  • Collect and validate sustainability data to support the Group’s annual sustainability reporting.
  • Collaborate with Research and Procurement teams to identify and promote lower‑impact materials and product solutions within industrial workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, Chemistry, or Economics & Management; specialization in Sustainability is a strong plus.
  • Solid knowledge of environmental sustainability principles, circular economy concepts and supply‑chain traceability.
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

No minimum professional experience is required; academic project work, thesis experience or internships in sustainability, life‑cycle assessment, supply‑chain management or environmental compliance are advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or in‑progress studies in Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, Chemistry, or Economics & Management; curricular or extracurricular internship (approx. 6 months).
