Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily business and administrative tasks, including creating reference letters and overseeing the Health and Safety process.
- Support Talent Acquisition, candidate journey, and Employer Branding projects.
- Assist with payroll topics, such as onboarding and monthly benefits.
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university, at least in the third semester of studies.
- Studies in economics, psychology, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in economics, psychology, or a related field.
