Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and reliability of HR processes.
- Provide optimal service to teams in collaboration with the HR department.
- Support operational tasks reliably and effectively.
- Participate actively in recruitment, integration, and employee follow-up.
- Offer advisory and support roles to employees.
- Manage administrative HR tasks including personnel file management, contract drafting, and data reliability.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure timely distribution of contracts.
- Maintain employee relations by managing HR deadlines and providing daily support.
- Participate in recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and managing internship recruitment campaigns.
- Engage in cross-functional HR projects such as training plans, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
- Experience in retail through internships, apprenticeships, or initial professional experience.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- Operational proficiency in English.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
