Prada Group HR Intern, Milan — support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in a luxury luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by identifying company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with the Talent Acquisition team, headhunters, and universities to maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Oversee the onboarding process and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth and effective integration into the organization
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and organizational changes while ensuring strict adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, serving as a first point of contact for inquiries
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve operational efficiency and cross-company HR connectivity
- Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of HR initiatives across the Group
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across organizational levels

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate a smart, positive, and humble attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop expertise in Human Resources.
Education
Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; enrollment in or recent completion of a Master's programme is required.
