Prada Group seeks HRIS & Payroll Manager in New York to lead US/Canada payroll operations, ADP systems management, and regulatory compliance. $120K–$140K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state US and Canada employees, including processing terminations, garnishments, leaves of absence, taxes, and W-2s/T4s in collaboration with the ADP Comprehensive Services team
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner by collecting and analyzing relevant information and coordinating cross-functional resolution
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll posting files and support the Finance department in reconciling payroll accounts and financial accounting close
  • Support external audits including 401k audits, worker's compensation audits, and internal audits
  • Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including benefits, human resource business partners, and finance teams
  • Advise employees on payroll matters, answer inquiries, and provide payroll information to new hires
  • Prepare payroll calendars for US and Canada entities
  • Monitor legal and procedural changes and update payroll processes accordingly to ensure compliance
  • Conduct periodic HRIS audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Analyze workflow process gaps and suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations and payments of commissions and bonuses according to established plans
  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on new hire pay entry, transfers, and related changes
  • Perform ad hoc projects and other related functions as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7+ years of related payroll and HRIS work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
  • Proven experience with ADP systems
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors systems preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
