The HR Organization Intern at Prada Group in Milan supports organizational design, HR processes and the HR Service Center, helping maintain accurate organizational and employee data. The role collaborates with HR teams and internal stakeholders on process documentation, HR digitalization and continuous improvement; it is a six-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the updating and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
- Help maintain and monitor organizational structures, positions and related data in HR systems, ensuring alignment between organizational changes and system records.
- Monitor HR Service Center activities and requests, supporting data accuracy and timely handling of operational tasks.
- Work with internal stakeholders to collect information, clarify requirements and support the implementation of organizational and employee changes.
- Help document processes and create user guides and training materials for internal teams.
- Contribute to HR digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in organizational structures, HR processes and data management.
- A digital mindset, attention to detail and a continuous improvement attitude.
- Familiarity with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
