Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess team and individual learning needs in alignment with Versace's strategic objectives
  • Oversee global onboarding and mandatory training processes across the organisation
  • Design, implement, and deliver learning programmes and events directly or through third-party coordination, including onboarding programmes, eLearning pathways, live webinars, and specialised courses
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programmes using key performance indicators and data analysis; synthesise findings to inform new project proposals
  • Operate proficiently with Learning Management Systems (LMS), data visualisation platforms, and other digital learning tools
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers
  • Administer funded training programmes and associated budgets
  • Conduct research on emerging learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices in the adult education sector

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Adult Learning Education, Science of Education, or related humanities discipline
  • Postgraduate master's degree in management or human resources (preferred)
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages beneficial
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Brief experience in a similar learning and development role (preferred)

Experience
