Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for HR administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and related documentation.
- Manage and input personnel documentation into company systems.
- Monitor deadlines for temporary staff and liaise with employment agencies.
- Assist in the recruitment process for internal production roles such as cutters, preparers, machinists, and bench workers.
- Support recruitment activities for roles within the industrial headquarters.
- Prepare and update recruitment reports for each plant.
- Update periodic HR reports on absenteeism, sickness, and overtime.
- Provide comprehensive operational support to personnel.
Qualifications
- Academic background preferably in a scientific field.
- Interest in Human Resources, particularly in structured industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Office software.
- Practical and operational approach with the ability to manage diverse tasks in an organized manner.
