Role & Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Manage the creation of employment-related documents, including contracts, references, and certificates.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external partners to maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Headquarters in Milan.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Participate actively in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office programs and digital/social media. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Quick perception and hands-on mentality. Excellent relational and analytical skills. High degree of autonomy and ability to meet deadlines. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Experience in HR coordination or a related field, with a focus on talent acquisition and business partnering.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
