Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process including defining company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with talent acquisition teams, headhunters, and universities to maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Oversee employee onboarding procedures and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the organization
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes and organizational changes while maintaining strict adherence to Italian labor law and internal HR policies
  • Provide HR guidance and advisement to employees on a variety of employment-related matters
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across the company to enhance HR team efficiency and cross-functional connectivity
  • Actively contribute to the conception and implementation of strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • A demonstrable understanding of Italian labor law and employment regulations
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships across all organizational levels
