Prada Group seeks HR Business Partner Intern in Milano. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by defining company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with internal and external talent acquisition partners, headhunters, and universities to maintain a steady talent pipeline
- Oversee onboarding processes and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth and effective integration into the organization
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes whilst ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters and serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve efficiency and connectivity of the HR function across the company
- Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and strategic projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities

This role is designed for early-career professionals or recent graduates with foundational knowledge in Human Resources and a demonstrated interest in the field. Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or employee administration is advantageous but not essential given the mentorship-driven nature of the position.
