Prada Group seeks an HR Business Partner Intern in Milan — support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle within a global luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: profile definition, interview coordination and liaison with Talent Acquisition, external headhunters and academic partners to sustain the talent pipeline.
  • Manage onboarding processes and complete related administrative tasks to ensure efficient integration of new hires.
  • Handle employee lifecycle transactions and personnel changes in compliance with Italian labour legislation and internal HR procedures.
  • Act as first point of contact for employees on routine HR queries and provide practical HR guidance.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to streamline HR processes and increase connectivity across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Discreet and trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across organisational levels.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Positive, humble attitude and a demonstrable willingness to learn.
