Prada Group seeks a Contract HR & Administration Officer in Hong Kong to manage office operations, travel coordination and HR support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive office administration and clerical support including corporate materials ordering, filing system maintenance, conference room reservations, office supplies procurement and vendor management.
  • Support reception duties during receptionist absence and ensure smooth front-desk operation when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal travellers, ensure compliance with travel policy, monitor appointed travel-agent performance and manage travel cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage purchase order workflows including creation, coordination and tracking of POs.
  • Administer application and termination of airport permits for internal staff and external contractors.
  • Organise company events and coordinate festival gifts and related logistics.
  • Deliver full-spectrum HR support to the HR team, including retail and office recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
  • Prepare HR formalities and reports and maintain HR filing systems and personnel records.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in office administration and HR or a closely related background.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Well organised, able to work independently, detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
