Prada Group seeks a Floor Manager in Bicester, UK to lead the store floor team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the floor sales team to exceed financial targets and KPI objectives, driving departmental contribution to overall store performance.
- Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to guarantee exemplary client service, brand ceremonies and personalised after‑sales experiences.
- Develop and implement action plans through analysis of floor performance; support the store management in business planning and talent mapping.
- Coach, train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, clienteling and company procedures, following up on individual development plans.
- Foster omnichannel awareness and encourage use of digital sales tools to enhance client relationships and capture commercial opportunities.
- Manage customer complaints proactively to preserve client relationships and ensure positive outcomes.
- Ensure operational excellence in back‑of‑house organisation, cash handling, inventory protection and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising to communicate floor needs and support merchandising and product training.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs at department or store level.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with experience developing sales teams.
- Excellent clienteling skills and a service‑oriented approach to customer relationship management.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and lead briefings.

Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience with supervisory responsibility; prior experience within a luxury or premium fashion brand is essential. Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and developing sales teams in fast‑paced retail settings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
