Prada Group seeks a Financial Reporting Specialist in Terranuova Bracciolini, Italy to manage Record-to-Report activities and IFRS financial reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare reports on the accounting impact of Purchase Orders for the recognition of accruals in the financial statements
- Analyze and prepare reports on the accounting impact of Purchase Orders for the capitalization of fixed assets, with particular focus on CAPEX analyses
- Assess the collectability and settlement profile of trade receivables and trade payables
- Analyze financial statement comparability and identify drivers of variances between reporting periods
- Support statutory and financial audit activities and coordinate with external auditors
- Conduct in-depth analyses of complex accounting matters and oversee their implementation within the organization
- Participate in special Headquarters projects in the areas of finance and accounting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting functions, preferably within luxury fashion industry groups or audit firms
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability with a proactive and autonomous approach to problem-solving
- Proven leadership skills with ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
Skills
Experience
At least 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably within the Finance function of fashion industry groups and/or in audit firms, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, accounting analysis, and audit coordination.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

This position is based in Terranuova Bracciolini, Arezzo, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
