The Engineering Assistant Intern supports purchase orders, invoices, material returns and budget reporting for Prada and Miu Miu boutiques and corners across Central Europe. The six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and issue purchase orders for cleaning, maintenance and store supplies for Prada and Miu Miu boutiques and corners across Central Europe.
- Follow up on purchase orders, including goods receipts.
- Track invoices and communicate daily with suppliers and the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies between invoices and issued purchase orders.
- Create contractual purchase orders and verify the related invoices.
- Support the preparation of Engineering material return forms.
- Prepare Engineering budget reports and data extractions semi-annually and annually, as well as for specific projects such as store restyling and modifications (WBS).
Qualifications
- Fluent English is required; German and French are a plus.
