Prada Group E-commerce Store Intern role in Milano supporting Versace digital operations and ecommerce strategy execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily website checks to ensure optimal functionality across all devices and platforms
- Maintain and update product catalogues on Versace.com and Farfetch
- Test all product launches in staging and production environments
- Support product data and labeling optimization in collaboration with Merchandising and Production teams
- Configure and deploy advanced product features including 3D visualization and Virtual Try On capabilities
- Coordinate setup and testing of promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- Monitor competitor websites and activities; prepare benchmark analysis presentations
- Manage updates to website header and footer content
- Support PIM initiatives including replatforming projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and cross-functional issue resolution
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience in an online business department or ecommerce environment
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team spirit with excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable ecommerce platforms (preferred)
