E-Commerce Specialist at Prada Group in Milan—manage digital platforms and drive growth for Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of the Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence and optimal customer experience
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales performance, AOV, etc.), identifying trends and business opportunities
- Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards using data analysis tools, providing actionable insights to support business decisions
- Manage catalog activities, ensuring product data accuracy, assortment consistency, seasonal updates, and promotional initiatives while supporting product performance analysis and merchandising actions
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including IT, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service, and local business stakeholders
- Support the planning, testing, and rollout of new digital functionalities
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency across systems and markets
- Support merchandising activities through product performance analysis, assortment optimization, and execution of promotional calendars and special commercial initiatives across different brands
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or online merchandising
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Adobe
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- English B2 level or above, both written and spoken
